Mr. Zeying Tong possesses a multi-cultural background. He worked at a leading Chinese law firm specializing in international matters and has been involved in projects related to planning and implementation in the space of international business, legal services, and cultural initiatives, providing support to several multinational corporations. He has accumulated substantial knowledge and practical experience in cross-border affairs and international intellectual property issues.

He was one of the founding members of China’s first Spanish-language International Legal Service Center. He has also served as a teaching assistant at a UCLA affiliate, where he assisted in the course on the subjects of corporate structures under U.S. law, offshore entities, and China’s variable interest entity (VIE) frameworks.

 

Mr. Tong graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a bachelor’s degree in globalization and international relations, and a minor in film, television, and digital media. He then received a juris doctor (J.D.) degree from California Western School of Law, where he was awarded both the Dean’s Honor Scholarship and the Academic Merit Scholarship.
